ORIENTATION
I am a graduate student and my work sits at the intersection of mental health, performance, and the body.
Whether you’re navigating stress & burnout, recovery, identity shifts, or high-pressure environments, we work from the inside out- starting with regulation, awareness, and action.
METHOD
This isn’t talking alone.
We use insight- but we don’t rely on it.
When the nervous system is stuck in a survival response, thinking alone doesn’t shift it.
The body has to be part of the process. We integrate the body to reset the nervous system.
ABOUT
I spent over 20 years operating at a high level in dance education, leadership, and performance. That experience continues to shape how I work today- especially in understanding what it looks like when people are functioning at a high level, but not supported underneath.

In 2022, I shifted my focus toward the neuroscience of movement and mental health. I now integrate that background with clinical training in mental health counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy.

I don’t separate the mind and body.
The work is learning how to use both.
